Meditation/Spiritual Development Classes

Every Wednesday afternoon 1:00-2:30 PM 

Every Wednesday evening    7:00-8:30 PM

Registration is required.

MEDITATION is often thought to be a method of stress relief and relaxation for our physical and emotional well-being, however the value of meditation goes far beyond these benefits. Once we have true understanding of who we are through the practice of meditation, we develop and discover our inner awareness and true purpose for being. Meditation requires discipline and practice, it provides insight, clairity and peace of mind. Through guided meditation, practical exercise, class discussion and group incouragement we develop and strenghten our natural abilities to understand the true language of the soul.
